Cardio Kickboxing

Our most popular class here at PTC Combat Fitness. It offers a rigorous a routine of punching and kicking mixed in with calisthenics, designed to push your body to the limit! You will learn the basics of punching and kicking while maintaining a high level of intensity, burning up to 1000 calories per session.

What to bring: Sandals, boxing gloves (14 - 16 oz’s), hand wraps, shorts and t-shirt.
Level of contact: none. Our cardio kickboxing program offers multiple classes throughout the week to meet the changing demands of your schedule.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the Brazilian art of ground fighting was made popular by the UFC and MMA. BJJ has become one of the only martial arts that all MMA fighters must know. Described as “the gentle art” you will be learning how to defend yourself on the ground by controlling your opponent’s limbs, and ultimately submitting them with a joint lock or choke. In sparring, you will be performing the techniques on a live fully resisting opponent. There is no substitute for the confidence that this will provide.

What to bring: First week -Shorts, T-Shirt, sandals. Purchase of a Gi is required after your first week.
Level of contact: Sparring daily (without striking)


Advanced Striking

Learn Boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA style striking from professional fighters. In addition to learning proper footwork and combinations you will be learning defensive techniques as well. You do not have to be interested in taking a professional or amateur fight, just a desire to learn how to fight.

What to Bring: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, shin guards, protective headgear.
Level of contact:
Sparring on a regular basis.


Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Our kids program is a great way to teach your children self defense and confidence. Using proven teaching methods from the renowned Gracie Bully Proof curriculum we prepare kids for realistic self defense situations emphasizing avoiding confrontations, and if necessary finishing them as non-violently as possible.

What to bring: First week -Shorts, T-Shirt, sandals. Purchase of a Gi is required after your first week.
Level of contact: Any sparring done is incorporated into playful games supervised closely by our instructors.
